• Refers to all information we provide on the Site and any Advertisement or other content that is uploaded to it by Users.

·         Content Standards:

• Refers to the Content Standards as defined by and contained in our Acceptable Use Policy.

·         Contribution:

• Refers to any contribution you make to an Interactive Service or any Listing you upload.

·         Interactive Services:

• Refers to any interactive service we may offer from time to time, including (but not limited to) our Advertisement posting facilities, chat rooms, bulletin boards, and forums.

·         Listing:

• Refers to the listing of a property for sale or to let uploaded by a Member using the Site.

·         Terms:

• Refers to these terms and conditions and the Associated Terms (where applicable).
